- The price list refers to a capacity of 4 people. Any guests over 4 people, within the maximum capacity allowed by the house (6 people), will pay only € 40,00 per night per person.
- The consumption of electricity to illuminate the common areas (such as the garden, swimming pool, etc.) is included in the offer. While inside the apartment it isn’t included and is calculated on consumption with a special energy meter at €0.35 per kW.
- Check-ins and check-outs outside the scheduled times are possible on request and with a surcharge of € 25,00.
- The swimming pool will be closed from 01/11 to 31/03.
