The apartment of Villa Thetis has a large day room with comfortable living room and kitchen with island by large windows overlooking the pool and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need: induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with water dispenser, oven, mircrowave, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and much more.
Outside you will find the steel barbecue with tiled worktop and sink, all covered by an elegant canopy.
The villa has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom: the first bedroom is a double bedroom with bathroom also designed to be used by the disabled; second bedroom has a single bed and a double sofa bed; lastly, the third bedroom has a French double bed and a view of the pool and the sea.
In the living room there are two very comfortable single sofa beds which, when joined, can transform into a very comfortable double bed. Furthermore, adjacent to it, there is also a laundry room with a service bathroom. Another bathroom with dressing room and shower is located in the garden so you can avoid entering the house if you are enjoying the gym or swimming pool.
Each room in the accommodation has independent air conditioning device so that the temperature can be adjusted according to the needs of each guest. Furthermore, you can access both the car park and inside the house via a keypad with a code provided at check-in.

- The price list refers to a capacity of 5 people. Any guests over 5 people, within the maximum capacity allowed by the house (8 people), will pay €70,00 per night per person.
- Check-ins and check-outs outside the scheduled times are possible on request and with a surcharge of € 25,00.
- All the lights that illuminate the garden, the veranda and the swimming pool are included in the offer. To limit waste inside the house, approximately 25 KW is included, beyond which a supplement of 39 cents per KW will be applied.
- Animals are permitted on request.
