- The price list refers to a capacity of 4 people. Any guests over 4 people, within the maximum capacity allowed by the house (6 people), will pay only € 15,00 per night per person.
- Electricity consumption is not included and is calculated according to consumption, with metering within the flat, at € 0.35 per kw.
- Check-ins and check-outs outside the scheduled times are possible on request and with a surcharge of € 25,00.
