Lastly, it is an excellent base from which to visit the main tourist destinations in the Val di Noto such as Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla and the famous Vigata of the TV series “Il Commissario Montalbano”.

Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the villa is very bright and airy thanks to the windows in every room. The large, well-equipped patio and the barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant evenings outdoors, caressed by the sea breeze.
The garden, equipped with sun loungers, has a fabulous Jacuzzi where you can relax listening to the white noise of the waves crashing just a few steps away. In addition, a wonderful sun terrace on the first floor will provide you with a breathtaking panorama that is hard to forget.
Inside, the villa has been furnished and equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In fact, the bright kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, crockery, pots and pans and much more.
There are a total of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom with two single beds which can also be set up as a double; in the villa there are three bathrooms, two of which are inside the bedrooms, while the other is adjacent to the third bedroom. In the living room there is also a large and comfortable sofa bed.

- The price list refers to a capacity of 4 persons. Any guests over 4 people, within the maximum capacity allowed by the house (8 people), will pay only € 20,00 per night per person.
- Check-ins and check-outs outside the scheduled times are possible on request and with a surcharge of € 25,00.
